IT IS WINTER, NATURE IS ASLEEP. PEOPLE MAKE THEMSELVES COMFORTABLE AT HOME, AND ONLY THOSE WHO MUST GO OUTSIDE. THE STOVE SPREADS COZY WARMTH, PEOPLE READ, PLAY, AND LINGER LONGER AT THE TABLE.

WINTER IS THE SEASON OF SCENTS IN THE HOUSE. NATURALLY, THEY COME FROM THE KITCHEN - RISING FROM THE POTS, HEARTY AND STRONG, OR FROM THE OVEN, SWEET AND SPICY.
